Birdie Gunyon Meyer is an RN with a Master's Degree in Religion, Psychology & Counseling. She is the founder of the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health and is an Internationally known expert and speaker. She is a Past-President for Postpartum Support International and is currently the Director of Education and Training. Birdie led the development of the first International Perinatal Mental Health Professional Certification. Robin Shadle is the Executive Director of Lamaze International, where she leads global efforts to strengthen the childbirth education workforce and expand access to evidence-based, childbirth education. She has more than twenty years of experience in nonprofit leadership, maternal and child health, and systems change.

Before joining Lamaze, Robin served as Executive Director of The Redwoods Group Foundation and previously led Youth Thrive in Wake County, guiding large-scale collaborations focused on youth and family well-being.

Letisha McFarlane Hadley is a Certified Birth Doula and Orgasmic Birth Practitioner. She is the founder of Yes Doula, a telehealth-based maternal wellness brand rooted in New Jersey and serving women worldwide. Her path as a birth worker began at 21, when she supported her mother through pregnancy, cesarean birth, and recovery. Later, she became a source of strength for her sister during the births of her two nieces. These intimate experiences, along with her own pregnancies and motherhood,

inspired her to pursue birth work.

Nataki Hill, aka TT The Doula, is a community-based doula with over 20 years of experience in birth work. She became a State Certified Doula in 2023 and is the Founder and President of The Doula Association of Virginia. Passionate about empowering families, Nataki specializes in childbirth education, prenatal nutrition, lactation, and postpartum support.

She is also dedicated to mentoring and teaching new doulas, with a particular focus on the distinctions between home birth and hospital birth practices, as well as the powerful energetic exchange between a doula and their client.

Beyond birth work, Nataki is a mother, grandmother, and entrepreneur. She owns Brazilian Mist, her own coffee brand, and Serenity's Oasis, a metaphysical-inspired store. She also shares her experiences through her Spotify podcast, "My Life as a Black Doula: Unfiltered."
